All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. Requests submitted after this period will generally not be considered except in exceptional circumstances, as determined solely by us.

4. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered

While refunds are generally not provided, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical issues that completely prevent access to or use of our services, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Charges that occurred due to a verifiable system error on our part
  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Misunderstanding of service features or capabilities
  • Subscription services after the first 24 hours of purchase
  • Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the renewal date
  • Usage-based services that have already been consumed
  • Services that have been used in violation of our Terms of Service

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and cancelling them before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use our services.
